We are now seeking a Quick Sushi Restaurant Manager to join our dedicated team and help us continue bringing authentic, high-quality sushi experiences to our customers — both in-store and through our Uber Eats and online ordering system. Task and Responsibilities:● Determine product mix, manage stock levels, and maintain high service standards to ensure customer satisfaction. ● Formulate and implement purchasing and marketing policies, including menu pricing and promotional activities. ● Develop and execute advertising strategies to promote the restaurant's goods and services across dine-in, takeaway, and online platforms. ● Engage with customers, sell menu items, and provide advice on sushi selection and combinations. ● Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and financial transactions. ● Prepare and oversee the restaurant's budget, ensuring profitability and cost control. ● Lead the recruitment, training, and supervision of restaurant staff to ensure smooth daily operations. ● Ensure compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean, safe, and positive workplace. Qualification and Skill Requirements:● Diploma or higher qualification. ● Minimum 1 years of experience in restaurant, food service management,or retail industry, preferably in quick-service dining environments. ● Strong understanding of inventory control, cost management, and marketing operations. ● Excellent leadership, customer service, and communication skills. ● Ability to manage both front-of-house and back-of-house operations effectively. ● Ability to manage customer relations, stock control, and sales performance. ● Familiarity with online ordering systems and delivery platforms such as Uber Eats is an advantage.PERFORMANCE BONUS
Hane Sushi is a licensed sushi train type Japanese restaurant operating at 8 locations across Queensland.
We are looking for a talented chef to join our team
Responsibilities:
· Develop innovative and enticing menus and recipes.
· Oversee and participate kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
· Train kitchen staff; explain, implement and enforce hygiene regulations.
· Collaborate with management and suppliers to develop budgets and cost-effective strategies to maximize profitability without compromising on quality.
Requirements:
· Proven experience as a cook or chef specializing in Japanese cuisine. (minimum 3 years)
· Deep understanding of Japanese ingredients, cooking methods, and flavour profiles
· Strong attention to detail
