This role is Permanent Part Time 4 days week.

The Role Recipe

  • Project Management and Execution, including renovations and new store builds
  • Manage and monitor defect rectification processes, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
  • Oversee and support store renovations, ensuring alignment with brand standards and operational needs.
  • Act as a point of contact for franchisees, ensuring they are informed and involved in construction and renovation projects.
  • Collaborate with internal operational teams to ensure seamless transition from construction to store opening.
  • Work closely with landlords, developers, and external consultants to facilitate project approvals and execution.
  • Ensure all projects comply with building regulations, safety standards, and company policies.
  • Maintain project documentation, tracking progress, budgets, and defect resolution.

Key Ingredients

  • Bachelor in Construction Management or relevant industry would be highly desired.
  • Experience within commercial Design and years in Construction within the Retail / Hospitality sector
  • Influential and can easily build rapport with stakeholders
  • Strong problem solving skills and outcome focused
  • Inclusive and collaborative team player
  • Attention to detail and outstanding time management skills
