Join Comlink Australia as a Customer Support Advisor

Do you thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment? Comlink Australia is seeking two enthusiastic Customer Support Advisors to join our team. This is your opportunity to help clients navigate their care journey while working in an environment that values hard work, connection, and fun.

What You'll Do:

  • Be the welcoming voice for clients, managing bookings, changes, and cancellations.
  • Provide first-point resolutions, addressing client needs during their initial contact.
  • Collaborate with Schedulers and Care Partners to coordinate changes to client schedules.
  • Accurately record and document all client service requests in our systems.
  • Process client contribution payments and assist with invoicing and claims.
  • Foster a supportive team environment where we work hard but always make time to connect, have fun, and support each other—balancing busy days with a great team spirit.

Additional Information:

  • Part-time role available - 3 days per week
  • Location: Vitality Village, Birtinya
  • Paid compliance checks, including NDIS Worker Screening
