Step into a pivotal role where you'll be the first point of contact for visitors and staff at our Bentley office. As our Reception and Office Administrative Support, you'll ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the front desk and office services—from greeting guests and managing calls to supporting travel arrangements and administrative tasks.

This full-time position requires availability during standard reception hours: 8:00am to 4:00pm, Monday to Friday.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Warmly welcome visitors and manage the sign-in/sign-out process
  • Operate the switchboard and direct calls professionally
  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and coordinate courier services
  • Manage office supplies, consumables, and uniform distribution in line with policy
  • Assist with staff security access and maintain compliance
  • Support property and facility-related tasks as needed
  • Keep the reception area clean, safe, and presentable
  • Assist with travel bookings and supporting staff travel in line with the Travel Management Policy
  • Drive efficiency through continuous improvement in travel and administrative processes
  • Perform financial admin duties including raising purchase orders and processing invoices
