About the Role

We're looking for a proactive, reliable, and process-driven receptionist to join our dynamic administration team. You'll be the welcoming face of our clinic, helping us deliver an outstanding experience from the very first contact.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional front desk and phone-based client services

• Managing a busy electronic appointment diary with precision and care

• Coordinating professional correspondence with patients, GPs, and insurers

• Processing payments (cash, EFTPOS, HICAPS) and third-party claims

• Following up on outstanding accounts and debtors

• Handling stock orders, reception email inboxes, and general housekeeping

• Supporting the team with varied administrative tasks as needed

About You

We're seeking someone who is enthusiastic, adaptable, and ready to learn. You'll be the right fit if you:

• Have previous experience in a client-facing admin role (Bonus: Nookal, Core Plus, or Medipass experience)

• Are trustworthy, punctual, and a true team player

• Communicate with professionalism, both written and verbal

• Bring maturity, critical thinking, and a proactive mindset to work

• Learn new systems quickly and work efficiently under minimal supervision

• Are confident using Office 365 and other IT tools

• Have a valid driver's licence and reliable transport (you may work across multiple Townsville locations)

• Are available to work flexible shifts as directed
