Are you an experienced **High Reach Forklift Operator** looking for your next role in a fast-paced logistics environment? **Evolution Skilled Solution** is seeking dependable, safety-conscious individuals to join our growing team in Kemps Creek.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Operate high reach forklifts safely and effectively
- Support the movement, storage, and dispatch of goods
- Keep your workspace clean, organised, and safe
- Work collaboratively with the team to meet daily operational targets

**What You’ll Need**
- At least 2 years of experience operating high reach forklifts
- A current and valid LF forklift licence (mandatory)
- Previous experience in a 3PL or logistics environment (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, reliable attitude
