Health Icons Pty Ltd is a modern CDMO (Contract Development & Manufacturing Organisation) located on the northern Gold Coast. We specialise in the manufacturing of high-quality nutraceutical and sports nutrition products, using automated capsule and gummy production lines within a ISO 8 / GMP production facility.

We are seeking experienced team members to join our operations across the following roles:

Current Opportunities (Experience Required)

1. Capsule & Gummy Machine Operators

Hands-on experience with:

  • Automated capsule-filling machines (semi or fully automatic)
  • Gummy production using pectin and gelatin-based recipes
  • Batching, weigh-up, and syrup/gel mix preparation
  • In-process QA: weight checks, pH, Brix, visual inspection
  • Line changeovers, troubleshooting and documentation

Minimum 1–2 years' experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (nutraceutical, food, or pharma)

Knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and production SOPs essential


2. Forklift Operators / Warehouse Support

Key responsibilities:

  • Loading/unloading raw materials and finished goods
  • Forklift operation (LF licence required)
  • Goods-in QA support, staging and materials reconciliation
  • Inventory handling within GMP-compliant systems

Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience in food, pharma, or FMCG

LF Forklift Licence required


3. Facility Cleaners (GMP-Grade)

Key responsibilities:

  • Deep cleaning of production rooms and equipment
  • Sanitation during changeovers and line clearance
  • Maintaining detailed cleaning records
  • Working in allergen-controlled, GMP-compliant zones

Minimum 1 year experience cleaning in food/pharma manufacturing

Understanding of cross-contamination, allergens, and hygiene protocols

These are not entry-level positions. All roles require relevant previous experience in regulated manufacturing environments (food, pharma, or nutraceuticals).
