What you'll be doing
As a Medical Receptionist in the Medical Imaging Department, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth administrative operations and a positive patient experience. Your attention to detail and ability to multitask will support the delivery of high-quality imaging services. Key responsibilities will be to:
- Provide courteous and efficient front-desk and phone support to patients and staff
- Manage bookings, invoicing, banking, and medical report typing
- Coordinate clinic schedules and ensure timely patient flow
- Maintain accurate records and handle confidential information with discretion
- Support revenue collection and reporting in line with NSW Health policies

Selection Criteria:
- Demonstrated clerical experience in a customer service role, particularly in Health
- Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a team and exchange information to contribute to the coordination of work between staff and/or areas
- Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and organise own work taking into account the impact on others to achieve results to meet deadlines
- Competent to use a wide range of computer hardware, software and electronic systems to complete work activities
- Demonstrated ability work independently or in a multicultural environment
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to work practices meet service requirement needs
