Westmead, New South Wales, Australia Specialist Services Full time $60,000 - $90,000 per year

Your role will be to support our Specialist Physicians and Surgeons with second to none admin support. You will report to the Practice Manager.

Duties & responsibilities:

  • Running of busy clinics
  • Checking in patients
  • Updating records, scanning and importing medical records
  • Billing, debt chasing (including liaising with Medicare and Health Funds)
  • Manage phone calls and other administrative duties

Skills & experience:

  • Previous Medical Reception experience is essential
  • You need to be able to work well within a team as well as independently
  • Must be willing to travel to multiple sites
  • Have your own reliable transport
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work well in a busy environment
  • Positive attitude and show initiative
  • Confident liaising with Specialist Doctors
  • High attention to detail
