About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified chef who takes pride in delivering fresh, beautifully presented, and flavourful dishes that reflect the warmth and simplicity of Italian cuisine. You'll work alongside a supportive team in a newly established café/restaurant, focusing on high-quality seasonal produce and traditional techniques with a modern twist.

Key Responsibilities:

· Prepare and present breakfast and lunch dishes to an excellent standard.

· Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and daily specials.

· Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and presentation.

· Contribute to a positive, professional, and team-focused kitchen culture.

· Be adaptable and open to learning new techniques and recipes.

Requirements:

· Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.

· Proven experience in a café or restaurant environment.

· Passion for Italian cuisine and fresh seasonal ingredients.

· Strong time management and communication skills.

· Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to grow with the team.
