The Association of Independent Schools of Western Australia (AISWA) is the peak body representing and supporting independent schools across the state. With 166 member schools educating more than 90,000 students, AISWA plays a key role in advocating for and supporting the independent school sector.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Coordinator, Events to join our team. This full-time position supports the planning, coordination, and delivery of AISWA's onsite professional learning activities and organisation-wide events, ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for all participants. The role reports to the Manager, Events.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A positive attitude and the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work arrangements.
  • Previous experience in events, hospitality, or a related field (essential).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
  • A current 'C' Class driver's licence and access to a licensed vehicle for work-related travel as required.
