About the role

Glassons is seeking driven and ambitious individuals to join our team at our brand-new store in Burwood, New South Wales. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your store team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales success. This is a full-time, permanent role based in our Burwood store.

We are currently recruiting for the following roles:

  • Assistant Store Manager
  • In-Store Visual Merchandiser
  • Stockroom Manager

What you'll be doing

  • Overseeing all day-to-day store operations, including staffing, inventory management, visual merchandising, and cash handling
  • Coaching, developing and leading a high-performing team of Sales Associates to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Fostering a positive, customer-centric culture and ensuring excellent customer service
  • Implementing effective marketing and promotional strategies to drive customer traffic and sales
  • Continuously analysing store performance data to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Maintaining store presentation, visual standards, and health and safety compliance
  • Collaborating with the regional management team to support broader business initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in retail management
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
  • Exceptional customer service orientation and the ability to drive a sales-focused culture
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and multitasking abilities
  • Solid understanding of retail operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and financial reporting
  • Passion for the Glassons brand and a commitment to delivering on our customer-centric values
