About the Role.

We're looking for a proactive and organised Service Coordinator to join our team in Eastern Creek. In this pivotal role, you'll be the heartbeat of our service operations — ensuring smooth scheduling, clear communication, and exceptional support for both our technicians and clients.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Coordinating service jobs and managing technician schedules to ensure efficient operations
  • Communicating with clients to ensure timely and effective service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and service documentation for compliance and reporting
  • Supporting the team with administrative tasks and service-related reports
