NRMA Treasure Island Holiday Resort is an award-winning Holiday Resort centrally located on the Gold Coast. We pride ourselves on excellent service and ensuring our guests have a memorable holiday experience.
Job DescriptionWe're on the lookout for energetic, service-driven legends to join our Cafe, Restaurant, Barista and Bar teams this summer and beyond Whether you're a coffee connoisseur, cocktail shaker, or love creating memorable dining experiences, we want to hear from you. We have multiple casual opportunities available to join the team, where every day is a holiday You must have good availability to work weekends, public and school holidays and over the festive Christmas and New Year period.
What you'll do:
- Take orders and deliver exceptional table service
- Prepare and serve drinks: coffee, cocktails, or cold ones
- Operating POS systems with accuracy and efficiency
- Setting up, clearing, and resetting dining and bar areas
- Bringing good vibes and great service to every shift
What you'll bring:
- Service experience in a restaurant, cafe, restaurant, or previous customer service positions.
- Outstanding customer service skills - you are friendly, welcoming and no request is too small.
- Knowledge of and ability to maintain a safe and hygienic working environment.
- Hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate (a bonus)
- Barista skills (a bonus)
