We are seeking an experienced Liquor Store Manager to join the team. The candidate we are looking for needs to have the right attitude and wants to treat this business like their own. Duties & Responsibilities:

To succeed in the role will need to lead the team in the day-to-day operations of the store, Be responsible for but not limited to :

  • Assist with ordering and stock control
  • Pick & packing on-line orders
  • Assist with maintaining a positive culture within the store
  • Stocktaking and inventory control
  • Drive sales with merchandising excellence and compliance to head office implemented marketing campaigns and store standards.
  • Help inspire and lead the store team with a focus to deliver outstanding customer service
  • Assist in maintaining a safe and hygienic environment for our customers and team

Skills & Experience:

You must have a customer first mentality, love to lead from the front and have a genuine passion for retail. You will need integrity and flexibility with a proactive approach.

  • sound knowledge of retail liquor operations for a minimum of 3 years
  • IT literacy including Microsoft Office, Internet & Email.
  • RSA
  • Flexible working hours with Weekend work
  • The role is bases in the Western Suburbs of Melbourne in a newly renovated store

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year

Experience:

  • Management: 2 years (Preferred)
