Health Icons is an Australian CDMO building end-to-end supplement brands - from formulation through to manufacturing, packaging and launch support. We operate a modern ISO 8 cleanroom with SQF compliance in progress, focused on quality, speed-to-market and commercial reliability.

Location: Unit 2, 86 Burnside Road, Ormeau QLD 4208 (Northern Gold Coast).

Experienced applicants only. You'll be part of a fast-growing team scaling capsule and gummy lines for leading nutraceutical and sports-nutrition brands.

What you'll do

  • Run automated capsule-filling (semi-auto or fully auto) and/or gummy depositing lines (pectin and gelatin systems)
  • Execute batching/weigh-up and prepare syrups and blends to spec
  • Perform in-process checks (pH, °Brix, temperature, weight variation) and document results accurately
  • Troubleshoot common machine and product faults; complete clean-downs and changeovers to GMP standards
  • Follow SOPs, HACCP/GMP hygiene and contribute to continuous improvement on throughput and yield

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience operating capsule and/or gummy machinery in food, nutraceutical or pharma manufacturing
  • Strong understanding of GMP/HACCP and production hygiene
  • Confident reading batch sheets and completing batch records with high attention to detail
  • Hands-on mindset, safety-first attitude, and a steady approach under production pressure
