This Inner North agency committed to all things Property Management is on the lookout for a Junior Property Manager to join their team. This is a role with training provided, where you will learn to deal with clients, strengthen your skill as a negotiator and understand what it takes to provide the best possible service to the Inner Suburbs.

About the role

  • Work alongside Property Managers and aid in running portfolios
  • Assist in the effective management of Landlord and Tenant communication
  • Repairs & maintenance management
  • Arrears management
  • Assist in lease renewal negotiations

Skills and experience

  • 12 months experience in Real Estate preferable
  • Solid understanding of Real Estate and the Inner North
  • Current Certificate of Registration required
  • Own car and Licence
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
