About the business

ACI Civil East Pty Ltd is a renowned civil construction business specializing in new civil infrastructure solutions all over Victoria.

Machine Operator

We are currently hiring staff with multiple tickets/qualification more specifically in the areas 6-40 tonne excavator operators, dozer operators,, skid steer and roller operators. If you posses these tickets/qualifications then you are the right candidate for us.

All applicants must have

- Valid tickets/qualifications for said skill sets

- Valid drivers license

- Australian residency 

- Applicant musthold a white/red card

- Minimum 3 years experience

As a service provider we want to provide the best possible service to our clients. We want workers with

1.   A 'can-do' enthusiastic attitude and reliability to arrive on the job on time

2.   Willingness to perform general labouring duties

3.   Able to understand and follow instructions with good communication skills

4.   Professionalism and pride in own work with a sound understanding of all Occupational Health & Safety procedures.

In Return:

  • $30-45 per hours + Super
  • Travel Allowance for site work.

Concreters

Must Haves:

  • A reliable car and hold a valid driver's license.
  • Hold an industry white card.
  • Strong safety focus.
  • Strong team player with proven ability to work efficiently with others.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Prior experience in civil construction projects highly regarded.
  • Must have 5 years' experience in kerb, footpath and driveway works
  • Australian residency or permanent resident
  • Able to relocate across Melbourne and surrounding suburbs.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Assist in removal of existing footpaths, kerb and driveway
  • Prepare base and set up levels
  • Pour concrete, screed and finish
  • Strip formwork, clean tools and pack up

In Return:

  • Travel Allowance for site work.
  • $40-50 per hours + Super
  • Immediate Start.
