About Us

We're a specialist independent workshop focused on European performance vehicles: BMW, Audi, Porsche, VW, Mercedes and more. Our services range from performance upgrades to precise diagnostics and high-quality maintenance.

We're not a high-pressure, churn-and-burn type of shop. We don't believe in unrealistic bonus targets or rushed jobs.

We care about the quality of work, because that's what our clients come to us for.

We've built a reputation for doing things properly, and we stand by that, every time.

Who We're Looking For

An experienced European technician who is:

  • Capable of working unsupervised and delivering consistent, high-quality work to an efficient standard
  • Done with toxic shop culture and you're looking for a tight-knit, respectful team, and to be a valued and trusted member of the team
  • Genuinely passionate about European cars and the craftsmanship that goes into maintaining and upgrading them
  • A believer that integrity, honesty, and communication matter just as much as technical skill

Must-Haves:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience working with European vehicles
  • Experience working with all European vehicle brands we service including BMW, Audi, Porsche, VW, and Mercedes
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with OEM and aftermarket tools/software
  • Solid mechanical knowledge and hands-on ability
  • Current trade qualifications
  • Certificate III Automotive qualification required
  • Valid driver's licence
  • Australian citizenship required for this position

Bonus If You Have:

  • Performance / motorsport experience
  • Experience with fabrication or motorsport background
  • High-level fault diagnosis capability
  • A personal interest in European car culture
