About The Role
As the Administration Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the Principal, Business Manager, and school staff by delivering high-quality corporate services and administrative support. This role involves a broad range of responsibilities across human resources, financial management, facilities, and process improvement to ensure the smooth operation of the school.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Support the recruitment, induction, and training of support staff, and assist with workforce planning and compliance tracking.
- Provide financial administrative support, including budget reviews, payment plans, and resource management.
- Coordinate facilities and asset management, including maintenance activities, inspections, and compliance with safety standards.
- Assist with capital works and minor projects, ensuring alignment with school needs and safety requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency of corporate services.
This role is ideal for a proactive and organised professional who is passionate about contributing to a vibrant school community and supporting student success.
About You
The following traits would be beneficial:
- Experience in administrative or corporate services roles, particularly in education or public sector settings.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
