We are seeking an experienced professional with knowledge of the economic complexities of the care economy. Superior analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills to tackle complex economic issues together with experience developing and implementing analytical frameworks to monitor policy and program impacts.

What you'll need to succeed
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to understanding complex economic issues and working toward practical solutions.
- Structured thinking about quantitative and qualitative problems, and development of analytical frameworks.
- Quantitative mindset with emerging technical skills to handle and analyse data.
- Ability to simplify technical information into succinct narratives and plain English advice suitable for non-technical audiences.
- Working well within a team while being able to work independently
- Competence in building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships, both internal and external.
- Interest in the economic challenges of the care economy.
