We are a leading medical supply company, our office is conveniently located in the Silverwater/Auburn area.

If you are seeking a position where you will be exposed to all facets of the business then this may be the position for you. Our company is offering an exciting opportunity for the right individual to join our dedicated and tight-knit group. We are looking for a dynamic person who has ability to excel with in a fast paced environment. This position is a hybrid role and the successful individual would need to have the ability to grasp the concept of both front end and back end tasks, such as;

  • Inbound/Outbound customer service calls and emails
  • Warehouse duties such as picking and packing orders (forklift ticket desired but not necessary)
  • Internal sales and quote follow ups
  • General Office Procedures (entering invoices)
  • Filing, Scanning, Faxing etc;
  • Liaising with internal staff, including warehouse staff, suppliers and customers
  • Basic reporting (when necessary)

The Successful Applicant

The successful applicant will be a bright and cheerful person who possesses a professional phone manner, a strong work ethic and sound computer skills. The successful applicant will also possess the ability to work proactively, multitask and be able to demonstrate a strong attention to detail.

Clear, fluent, well spoken English is required.

A drivers licence is required for this position.

Hands on experience in the above responsibilities is required.

Experience working in a fast paced business will be highly regarded.

A full-time salary of up to $60,000 p.a plus leave loading and superannuation is on offer dependent on experience.
