Human Resources Officer  Part Time - Warrnambool

Are you a people-focused admin superstar with a passion for communication and continuous improvement? We're looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Administrator to become a key part of our Human Resources team. In this role, you'll be at the heart of the employee experience, providing professional, timely support to staff and external stakeholders, helping shape HR processes, and guiding employees through every step of their journey with us.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering clear, professional communication across the organisation
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding processes
• Contributing to HR process improvements and employee engagement initiatives
• Providing guidance and support to employees with empathy and confidence

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in HR administration or recruitment
• Solid understanding of Fair Work legislation, Modern Awards (especially SCHADS), and HR best practices
• A relevant qualification in HR Management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines with ease
• High attention to detail and a strong commitment to confidentiality
