Bright Horizons Australia Childcare Ayr is seeking a dedicated and qualified (or currently studying towards ECT qualification) Early Childhood Teacher with a commitment to providing excellence in care, to lead our Kindergarten classroom. The successful applicant will possess a passion for delivering a quality school readiness program and preferably be available Monday to Friday. The position is permanent part time, with 37.5 hours per week.

The successful applicant will possess:

  • Teaching Qualification for Early Childhood Education OR currently studying towards an approved Qualification
  • A passion for providing high-quality, early childhood care and education
  • Enthusiasm and drive to succeed in providing interesting and inviting learning spaces
  • Valid Current Blue Card
  • Current First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
  • Sound knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and the National Quality Standards
  • Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
  • Motivation and initiative and willingness to be a valued team player
