Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Data, Integration and Reporting Specialist to help shape the future of infrastructure delivery through data-driven insights, system integration and high-level streamlined reporting. In this role, you will support the successful rollout of program management systems and reporting tools across large-scale infrastructure programs.
How you'll make a difference:
- Develop, design and maintain Power BI dashboards that consolidate and present complex data from various sources to support executive and program-level reporting.
- Support the implementation and integration of program management systems, ensuring data flows accurately between platforms and supports real-time reporting needs.
- Generate Power BI data models, pulling data from multiple sources allowing AECOM to deliver timely and accurate reporting for major infrastructure programs, aligned with client and project requirements.
- Use your experience through Microsoft SQL Server to translate data into actionable insights through clear visualisation, written commentary, and stakeholder presentations.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to understand data requirements, support data management, identify gaps, and continuously improve reporting processes.

The qualities that will help you thrive:
- Proven experience (ideally 10 years) in data analysis, reporting and dashboard development, ideally within major projects or infrastructure programs.
- Expert proficiency in Power BI and strong understanding of data modelling and transformation.
- Experience in system implementation and integration, particularly in a project or program controls environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to draw insights from large datasets ensuring data is presented accurately for the end-user.
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting technical data to non-technical stakeholders. High proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Visual Studio & Microsoft Power BI.
- Knowledge of other software platforms is advantageous, we utilise UniPhi, InEight Platform, Oracle Platform, IBM Cognos Business Analytics, Fulcrum, Primavera P6, Sharepoint, PowerAutomate, PowerApps.
