How you'll make a difference:

Working with a diverse range of client groups you will be responsible for all facets of People and Culture business partnering, including:

  • Employee Relations
  • Performance, Reward & Talent Management
  • Building the people management capabilities of our leaders
  • Facilitating and supporting change management
  • Leading and supporting HR projects
  • Working with managers to improve our employee experience.

Qualifications

The qualities that help you thrive

You will have knowledge of the Fair Work Act and Australian Awards and experience handling HR queries on a broad range of issues. You will be confident interpreting People Policies and providing advice to managers. Ideally you would have 3 years' experience working in Human Resources in a dynamic environment.

  • An effective communicator, able to work with a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leaders.
  • Proactive and solutions oriented, addressing issues when you see them and using your influencing skills to enact change.
  • Innovative in your solutions and actively up to date with HR best practices and responsive, with a strong sense of accountability for your remit.
  • Commercially minded with a curiosity to learn our business.
  • Experienced in using HRIS platforms, Workday would be beneficial, but is not essential.
