Rustico Bakery is a renowned wholesale boutique bakery with over 20 years of experience supplying Adelaide's top cafes, wineries, and hotels with handcrafted sourdough and specialty breads. We're proud to use traditional artisan techniques – no machines, no shortcuts – just passionate bakers and beautiful bread.

We are currently on the lookout for a skilled Artisan Bread Baker to join our close-knit, highly experienced team. If you have a love for sourdough and are looking for a role where quality, skill, and culture come first – this is it.

What the Role Involves:

· Mixing, hand moulding, and baking a variety of sourdough and specialty breads

· Managing fermentation schedules and dough development using traditional techniques

· Maintaining a clean and efficient work environment

· Working alongside a passionate team of bakers to meet daily production targets

· Ensuring product quality and consistency from batch to batch

What You Bring:

· At least 3 years of experience as an artisan baker in a fast-paced environment
