Corporate ICT Services provide technology, vision and leadership in the development and implementation of the company-wide Information Communication Technology (ICT) infrastructure and managed hosting services.

About the role

We're looking for a Solutions Architect who's as strong with people as they are with technology. You will play a crucial role in leading and supporting ICT activities, guiding the development and management of a portfolio of solutions, including projects, systems, shared infrastructure services, and shared application services, while building trust, fostering collaboration, and ensuring complex concepts are clearly understood by everyone.

This position requires a high degree of autonomy, a deep understanding of technical infrastructure and underlying technologies, and interaction with external vendors and stakeholders.

If you thrive on translating technical detail into plain language, guiding projects from idea to delivery, and building positive working relationships, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop technical roadmaps for future Cloud implementations and on-premises uplift.

  • Design and implement hybrid cloud, Azure, and Office365 solutions.

  • Implement secure identity and access management solutions using Azure Active Directory / Entra, including RBAC, MFA, and SSO protocols.

  • Design solutions for Autopilot, Intune, and Microsoft Defender within the Office365 stack.

  • Develop end-to-end solutions encompassing infrastructure, applications, security, and performance using Azure, Office365, and Hybrid (VMware) services.

  • Implement and refactor Azure Landing Zones to meet business needs and optimize deployment environments.

What you'll bring:

  • Strong experience designing hybrid cloud architectures.

  • Proven expertise in networking, IAM, and security compliance.

  • Outstanding communication skills, verbal, written, and interpersonal.

  • Ability to influence, problem-solve, and deliver results.

  • Relevant certifications (e.g. Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
