Job Description

How you'll make a difference

  • Support and guide a multidisciplinary team, contributing to project delivery, team development, and maintaining high standards of collaboration and technical quality.

  • Oversee civil engineering design and delivery across key infrastructure areas such as roadworks, drainage, earthworks, pavements, and water infrastructure for clients in sectors including Defence, Transport, Mining, and Urban Development.

  • Contribute to strategic and operational planning, including resource management, project oversight, business growth, and alignment with national objectives.

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting business development and contributing to the pursuit and securing of new work opportunities.

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications & RPEQ / CPEng.
  • Strong technical expertise and a desire to grow their career while supporting and contributing to a local team.

  • Proven ability to lead and influence project outcomes, with a collaborative approach and enthusiasm for mentoring junior professionals.

  • Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to maintain and develop strong client relationships across the civil engineering sector.
