Job DescriptionHow you'll make a difference
Support and guide a multidisciplinary team, contributing to project delivery, team development, and maintaining high standards of collaboration and technical quality.
Oversee civil engineering design and delivery across key infrastructure areas such as roadworks, drainage, earthworks, pavements, and water infrastructure for clients in sectors including Defence, Transport, Mining, and Urban Development.
Contribute to strategic and operational planning, including resource management, project oversight, business growth, and alignment with national objectives.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, supporting business development and contributing to the pursuit and securing of new work opportunities.

The qualities that help you thrive
- Relevant tertiary qualifications & RPEQ / CPEng.
Strong technical expertise and a desire to grow their career while supporting and contributing to a local team.
Proven ability to lead and influence project outcomes, with a collaborative approach and enthusiasm for mentoring junior professionals.
Demonstrated commercial acumen with the ability to maintain and develop strong client relationships across the civil engineering sector.
