City of Newcastle (CN) is seeking 2 highly organised professionals to deliver exceptional administrative and corporate systems support across the Planning & Environment Directorate.

As the Business Operations Officer, you will manage diverse tasks including stakeholder engagement, meeting coordination, and preparation of high-quality reports and correspondence. You'll provide expert support in corporate IT applications such as TechOne, ECM and One Map, while ensuring compliance with City of Newcastle policies and procedures.
