Norwest New South Wales, Australia Design & Build Full time

This company builds over 100 homes across Sydney. They have projects across Sydney and are steadily growing, especially in the Northwest area. Working in an experienced head office team and alongside the Senior Site Manager, you will be overseeing up to 20 homes - both high-end spec and contract homes. 

The role:

  • Supervise the build of up to 20 new homes in Norwest.
  • Co-ordinate and schedule daily workloads
  • Manage labour and trades both direct and subcontracted
  • Keep regularly, weekly contact with the client
  • Keep the company and customer up to date on progress and performance
  • Resolve any problems
  • Regular weekly meetings with the General Manager

The requirements:

  • At least 4 years' experience as a supervisor for project and custom homes
  • A solid background within residential construction
  • Relevant trade qualifications - carpentry or building ideally
  • Previous experience managing multiple sites
  • Previous experience working for a project home builder
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Must have a valid driver's license
