**Your New Company**:
Being one of VIC's leading custom home builders, our clients have a key focus on developing people and delivering high quality outcomes for their loyal client's. Due to growth an opportunity is now available for a Site Supervisor who is experienced in Luxury Custom Homes valuing upto $10mil within the commercial and domestic space.

**Type of Projects you'll be delivering**:

- Beautiful luxury-built homes in South East suburbs of Melbourne
- Working on the current pipeline of active projects with custom homes, domestic and commercial space
- Managing, motivating, supervising and directing site team and sub-contractors
- Responsible for working across multiple sites, managing around 8-10 high quality homes and other exciting projects

**Role & Responsibilities**:

- Contractor/supplier programming & liaising
- Material take offs if & when required
- Quality control
- Detailing and Material ordering
- Defect inspections & reports
- Invoice checking & coding if required
- Ensure works comply with client specifications and company procedures
- Assist with onsite documentation, procuring materials and equipment, recording daily activities and tracking costs
- Managing, motivating, supervising and directing site team and sub-contractors

**What you need to be successful for this position**:

- Trade Background in carpentry is advantageous
- High end custom home and onsite experience in both structure & finishes
- Ability to think on your feet and make good decisions
- Good verbal and written references to verify the above
- Good attitude, willingness to be a leader in the field and set a hard-working example
- Friendly, energetic, enthusiastic leadership skills
- Proven track record in the delivery of projects on time and within budget
