Campbell Property Group (CPG), one of Australia's leading residential construction and property development companies, is seeking enthusiastic Sales Associates to join our high-performing Domaine Homes team.

We Currently Have

• 1 full-time Sales Associate role available at our Parklea Display Centre, and
• Casual opportunities available across Parklea, Marsden Park, and Box Hill (working 5 days, including weekends).

If you're passionate about customer service and looking to start or grow your career in property sales, this is the perfect opportunity

What You'll Do

• Greet customers and provide a welcoming, informative experience at the display home
• Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and record-keeping
• Assist with marketing initiatives and promotion of Domaine Homes' residential products
• Maintain the presentation and professionalism of the display centre and sales office
• Register leads, distribute marketing materials, and build strong relationships with prospective home buyers

About You
To be successful, you'll bring:

• A friendly, confident communication style and a strong customer service mindset
• Availability to work 5 days a week, including weekends (essential for both full-time and casual roles)
• A professional, self-motivated approach with a willingness to learn
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a high-performing team
• A results-driven attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
