Part Time Sales Associate ( 16 hrs. / week )

Our team at Flex Fitness Equipment is on the lookout for a fun, sales focused Sales Associate to join our team.

If you are passionate about health and fitness and enjoy interacting with people and helping them achieve their fitness goals this is the perfect role for you. We are an exciting fast growing fitness retailer and have vacancies for a full time Sales Associate in our Canning Vale store.

You will be at the front line of this exciting industry dealing with decision makers and key industry personnel on a daily basis.

Minimum 1 Years Sales Experience Required. Preferred in the Health and Fitness Industry, however experience in other industries is fine.
- Proven sales and marketing experience in a results focused role demonstrating the ability to hit targets

Proven ability to not only meet, but exceed sales targets and KPI's.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional grooming and presentation standards.
- A desire to lead and foster a distinctive, desirable and dependable workplace culture.
- Time management skills
- Able to work as part of a team
- Work productively unsupervised
- Ability to carry out instructions, willing to learn.
- Sales and Marketing qualifications are highly regarded

Your Skills:

- Passionate about the Health and Fitness Industry
- Strong written and verbal English abilities
- Sales presentation skills
- Proven sales and marketing experience in a results focused role demonstrating the ability to hit targets
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to provide outstanding customer service in a mature, polite way

About You:

- Non-smoking
- Confident outgoing, extrovert personality
- Interested in health, well-being and fitness
- Familiar with the Fitness Equipment in the market.
- Consistently meets and exceeds sales targets.
- Highly motivated to achieve results
- A willingness to put in whatever is required to achieve sales targets
- Attend trade shows as required.
