Zenith Hotels is on an exciting journey to become one of the world's most iconic hospitality groups, led by phenomenal people. As part of our continued growth, we're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Group Operations Support Manager to support our seven Sydney venues, spanning from the CBD to Western Sydney.

About the Role

Based in Western Sydney, this newly created role will be a vital link across our venues—stepping in where needed to provide hands-on support to our Venue management and their teams. Whether it's covering annual leave, filling gaps during peak weekends, or jumping in for major events when our venues are running at full tilt, you'll play an integral role in keeping operations smooth and teams supported.

Reporting to our Sydney Area Manager, you will collaborate to problem-solve, optimise performance, and execute strategies that help our venues and people perform at their very best. In addition, you may also contribute to broader initiatives that support the group. However, your primary focus will be on directly supporting our venues—sometimes at short notice—ensuring seamless operations and consistency across the business.

About You

We're on the lookout for a passionate and energetic hands-on leader who thrives in hospitality – someone who can jump in, rally a team, and keep the good vibes rolling no matter how busy things get. Our ideal Group Operations Support Manager is equal parts people champion, problem-solver, and all-round operator who loves variety and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.

Here's what we're looking for:

  • 3+ years running the show in fast-paced, multi-faceted venues (you know how to juggle it all).
  • You've got the experience – your operational experience stretches across bars, bistros, gaming, functions, bottleshops (and you love it all).
  • Ready to roam – happy to travel between venues and roll with flexible rosters, including those buzzing weekends and late nights.
  • People magnet – you've got a knack for connecting, engaging, and sparking a strong team culture.
  • Solutions-seeker – positive, motivated, and always the first to put your hand up to help things run smoothly.

  • The non-negotiables: you'll need a valid NSW RSA, NSW RCG, and ARCG – plus the flexibility to work those all-important weekends when our venues are buzzing.
