The Role

EHS is looking for two Clinic Managers to lead their Sydney operations at St Vincent's Clinic, Darlinghurst and 32 Martin Place, Sydney CBD.

This is the ideal opportunity for an Allied Health Professional ready to move into a leadership role. You'll guide a team of clinicians and administrators, manage day-to-day operations, and ensure every client experience is seamless, professional, and high-impact.

Your focus will be on team engagement, operational discipline, and maintaining the gold standard of service that EHS is known for.

What You'll Do:

You'll take ownership of your clinic, combining operational oversight with genuine leadership.

Key areas include:

  • Overseeing clinic operations, workflow, and rostering.
  • Managing and developing multidisciplinary teams.
  • Maintaining accuracy across invoicing, purchasing, and reporting.
  • Building relationships with clients and healthcare partners.
  • Driving utilisation and ensuring financial targets are achieved.
  • Supporting a culture of care, professionalism, and excellence.

About YouYou're an allied health leader who thrives on structure, communication, and people. You understand clinical environments, can speak confidently with doctors and health professionals, and know how to keep a clinic humming.

You'll bring:

  • Allied health qualification (EP, Physio, Nursing, or similar).
  • Leadership or coordination experience in a clinic, hospital, or multidisciplinary practice.
  • Calm, proactive approach to managing multiple moving parts.
  • Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness.
  • Ability to build a happy, high-performing team culture.
