Full-Time | Luxury Fashion Retail | Boutique Leadership Role

We're looking for a dynamic and experienced Store Manager to lead our beautiful Strand Boutique in Sydney. This is a rare opportunity to join the leadership team at Rachel Gilbert, one of Australia's most iconic luxury fashion brands.

The role requires:

  • A strong background in managing a high-performing fashion retail team
  • An eye for detail and commitment to elevated service
  • Proven leadership in retail management (luxury or premium fashion preferred)
  • A passion for styling and client experience
  • Strong organisational skills and a natural ability to lead by example
  • Bridal experience a bonus but not essential, we will train the right candidate

You'll be responsible for:

  • Own the day-to-day operations of the boutique
  • Inspire and lead a team of stylists to exceed sales targets
  • Build genuine relationships with VIP clients
  • Deliver an exceptional brand experience at every touchpoint
