The Opportunity

We are seeking a voluntary Board Director to join our governance team. This is a unique opportunity to:

  • Help shape the strategic direction and culture of Tulgeen
  • Uphold strong governance and ethical standards
  • Advocate for initiatives that positively impact people with disability
  • Share your expertise to support and strengthen your local community
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team of Directors and the Tulgeen Leadership Team

About You

We welcome applicants who live in the Far South Coast Region or have strong ties to the Bega Valley. Ideal candidates will bring:

  • Proven leadership experience from professional or voluntary roles
  • Strategic thinking and planning capabilities
  • A collaborative approach to decision-making
  • Understanding of governance in client-focused services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
