Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to be part of a dynamic team shaping the future of agricultural technology? Thunderbird Ag is seeking motivated Production Team Members to help manufacture and assemble cutting-edge agricultural products.

The Opportunity

As a Production Team Member, you'll be involved in a wide range of tasks across our electronics and fabrication departments, including:

  • Producing and assembling electronic circuit boards (PCBs)
  • Building sensors and measuring equipment
  • Moulding and fabricating components used in our products
  • Spray painting and packaging finished goods
  • Soldering and testing electronic modules
  • Transporting completed PCBA/modules for coating
  • Sourcing components and handling materials (up to 15kg)
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Communicating with internal teams and external partners

  • Comfortable with basic electronics and manual handling

  • Exceptional verbal communication skills
  • Committed to quality and safety in the workplace
  • Available to work Monday – Friday, 8am – 4pm.

Experience in electronics or manufacturing is a plus, but full training will be provided.
