Administration & Compliance Officer – Part Time (Job Share, 2 days per week)

We are seeking a dedicated Administrator to join us in a job-share role, working two days per week alongside our Service Coordinator. Together, you will support each other to ensure the smooth running of our service and uphold the highest standards of quality and compliance.

About the role:

  • Share administrative and compliance responsibilities with the Service Coordinator
  • Manage invoices, accounts, and supplies
  • Support rostering and staff utilisation
  • Oversee compliance requirements and accurate record keeping
  • Ensure strong communication with families and the team
  • Implement and maintain effective systems to support daily operations

About you:

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care (or equivalent)
  • Previous childcare administration experience (essential)
  • Strong compliance knowledge in early education
  • Experience with OWNA and Kidsoft (highly regarded)
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and multitasking skills
  • Collaborative and supportive team approach
