Internal Sales Consultant

Your Role:

Are you sales-focused, proactive, and love the thrill of a closed deal? This is a role for someone who is energised by conversations, motivated by performance, and thrives in a structured but fun team environment. 

You will manage inbound and outbound calls, helping new and existing customers protect their homes through tailored solutions.

As part of a driven sales team, you will proactively pick up the phone, ask the right questions, and educate customers into the right solutions.

Your Job Responsibilities:

• Make 100+ calls per day, mixing inbound and outbound leads
• Re-engage lapsed clients
• Update CRM (Microsoft Dynamix 365)
• Customer Care and provide solutions to any issues
• Deal with email enquiries and provide updates
• Escalate any issues in a timely manner
• Log customer details accurately to ensure smooth handover to technicians
• Be part of a tight-knit proactive sales team

What You Get:

• $65K + Super depending on experience commencing on a 3 month temporary to permanent basis
• Tiered monthly commission scheme
• 1–2 weeks of comprehensive training on systems, sales techniques, and product knowledge
