Your Role:
Are you sales-focused, proactive, and love the thrill of a closed deal? This is a role for someone who is energised by conversations, motivated by performance, and thrives in a structured but fun team environment.
You will manage inbound and outbound calls, helping new and existing customers protect their homes through tailored solutions.
As part of a driven sales team, you will proactively pick up the phone, ask the right questions, and educate customers into the right solutions.

Your Job Responsibilities:
- Make 100+ calls per day, mixing inbound and outbound leads
- Re-engage lapsed clients
- Update CRM (Microsoft Dynamix 365)
- Customer Care and provide solutions to any issues
- Deal with email enquiries and provide updates
- Escalate any issues in a timely manner
- Log customer details accurately to ensure smooth handover to technicians
- Be part of a tight-knit proactive sales team
What You Get:
- $65K + Super depending on experience commencing on a 3 month temporary to permanent basis
