As our Reservations specialist at Solaré, you're not just booking tables – you're crafting the anticipation for extraordinary experiences while ensuring every detail is perfectly coordinated for their coastal Italian escape.

You'll be the expert who helps guests choose their ideal Solaré experience, from intimate dining room celebrations to sun deck indulgence. You'll also be onboard providing cocktail service, giving you firsthand insight into the experiences you're helping create.

What You'll Actually Be Doing

Creating anticipation

– Handle inquiries and bookings with enthusiasm and expertise, helping guests understand their options and choose the perfect Solaré experience

Managing complex logistics

– Coordinate reservations across three different deck experiences, ensuring optimal guest flow and satisfaction

Becoming the Solaré expert

– Develop deep knowledge of our menus, wine list, and experiences so you can guide guests toward their ideal visit

Handling special occasions

– Coordinate birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, and corporate events with the attention to detail that makes them unforgettable

Supporting service operations

– Step in as cocktail waitress when needed, serving drinks across all decks and gaining valuable insight into guest experience

Managing guest communications

– Handle confirmations, changes, and special requests with the warmth and professionalism that sets expectations for their visit

Coordinating with the team

– Work closely with management and service staff to ensure every reservation translates into a seamless guest experience

Maintaining accuracy

– Keep detailed records and ensure all guest preferences, dietary requirements, and special requests are captured and communicated
