About our client:

Randstad is pleased to once again be partnering with our client who are a large ASX-Listed business and household name to secure a Payroll Specialist into their large team.

About the role:

Reporting into the Payroll Team Leader and working in a team environment, your duties will include:

  • Updating and maintaining of employee records
  • New starter onboarding and employee file maintenance
  • Processing terminations, redundancies and leave
  • Responding to employee queries in a timely manner
  • Award interpretation
  • Handle inquiries and resolve payroll-related issues
  • Operate in a 2IC capacity and assist the Team Leader with mentoring and overseeing the team

About you:

  • 5+ years in a similar role
  • Experience in a high volume environment
  • Experience working with a large payroll system (for example SAP, Chris21, Aurion, etc.
  • The ability to train and mentor junior team members
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Full and unlimited Australian working rights
