Senior Integration Specialist

Overview
The Senior Integrations Specialist will play a key role in the design, delivery, and governance of scalable and secure integration solutions across multiple technology platforms. You'll lead the implementation of fit-for-purpose integrations that balance functionality, risk, and performance, ensuring data flows securely and reliably across the organisation.
Working within a diverse and collaborative digital team, you'll partner with stakeholders across IT, Finance, Payroll, People & Culture, and Sales & Marketing to deliver integration solutions that enhance business operations and drive efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, delivery, testing, maintenance, and support of integration solutions aligned with the organisation's digital strategy and transformation roadmap.
- Proactively consult and partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities to leverage integration technologies that streamline processes and deliver innovation.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable technical integration solutions connecting on-premises and cloud-based systems such as CRM, HRIS, WFM, and ERP platforms.
- Provide mentoring and knowledge-sharing to ICT support team members to ensure efficient incident resolution and high-quality service delivery.
- Review support processes and identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and continuous improvement, including the use of AI technologies.
- Develop and maintain governance frameworks for integration provisioning, monitoring, and analysis.
- Manage and maintain an up-to-date integrations knowledge base, ensuring documentation is accurate and accessible.
- Monitor integration performance and adoption, capturing feedback and demonstrating ROI through measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and productivity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues including connectivity, data flow, and performance, maintaining awareness of platform updates and functionality changes.
- Collaborate with digital risk and security teams to ensure integration practices align with organisational security policies and standards.
- Build a strong understanding of related organisational systems to assist with troubleshooting and cross-platform support.

Ideal Experience & Skills
- Demonstrated experience designing and delivering integrations across multiple platforms.
- Familiarity with cloud and on-premises integration tools and frameworks (e.g., Azure Integration Services, Power Platform, APIs).
- Strong understanding of data management, security, and governance principles.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple business systems.
