Service Engineer

Join a long-standing leader in instrumentation and controls with over 50 years of industry experience. Based at our Melbourne head office, this permanent full-time role is ideal for a hands-on technician looking for stability, variety, and the chance to work with advanced equipment across multiple industries.
What you'll do:
- Service, repair, and test instrumentation equipment.
- Preparatory testing of equipment prior to being sent to NATA labs
- Assist with shipping, packing, and general workshop duties.
- Housekeeping and general maintenance of calibration equipment, demonstration equipment, etc.
- Support internal and external sales staff when needed.
What we're looking for:
- Qualified Instrument Technician or Dual Trade Electrician/Instrument Tech.
- Cert IV or higher in Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related field.
- Experience in equipment repair, calibration, or technical troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service focus.
- Current driver's licence and own vehicle (reimbursed per km).
