At Technogym, our goal is to satisfy 100% of our customers and end-users. Our Services teams are continuously working to enhance service performance and deliver the best fitness experience possible.
We are looking for a problem-solving Service Engineer who acts as a true customer advocate. In this role, you will ensure complete customer satisfaction by efficiently resolving all service requests related to the installation, maintenance, and repair of our products.
Your ImpactExecute effective root cause analysis of product issues, identifying proper parts and determining suitable solutions
Perform on-site jobs in line with customer SLAs
Achieve field performance targets (TTS, FTFR, JMR3)
Manage stock of parts and maintain accurate inventory records
Educate customers in the technical use and care of Technogym equipment
Properly manage work orders and service reports in accordance with company procedures
Schedule on-site visits, keeping customers informed of expected arrival times
Conduct light preventive maintenance and proactively detect issues in the field
Act professionally and customer-oriented at all times, collecting structured feedback to identify customer needs and opportunities
Handle service issues efficiently and escalate cases when appropriate
Accurately report service data following assigned procedures
Ensure all work-related equipment and vehicles are maintained safely and responsibly in line with Health & Safety legislation
Attend ongoing training sessions to stay up to date with new technologies, product releases, and best practices
- Maintain and develop the "Master Certification" level to ensure elite expertise in Technogym equipment
You are passionate about technology and fitness, proactive, and hands-on, yet down-to-earth and ethical. You enjoy working both independently and as part of a team, always striving for excellence in customer service.
What you bring:
3–5 years of experience in a similar role
Diploma/Degree in Electronics, Communications, or related field
Strong mechanical/electronic engineering skills
Proven ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment
Confidence working with mobile tools and applications
Knowledge of IT networking (advantageous)
Strong time management and organization skills
Experience managing service orders and repairs
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
Transparency, open-mindedness, and a collaborative spirit
