Lead the Way as our next Site Manager – Hunter Valley

We're Robson Civil Projects - a well-established, local civil contractor with over 60 years of experience delivering quality projects.

Right now, we're seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead delivery on a civil project featuring bulk earthworks, stormwater infrastructure, road pavements, and general civil infrastructure.

About You:

  • Currently a Site Supervisor ready to step into a Site Manager role. Or an experienced Site Manager seeking a new challenge.
  • 10+ years in civil construction, including several years leading site teams.
  • Strong leadership style that brings out the best in people and resources while maintaining high safety and quality standards.
  • Proactive problem solver with a track record of keeping projects moving smoothly.
  • Skilled in interpreting plans and managing timeframes effectively.
  • Hold, or be working towards, a Cert IV in Civil Construction or Frontline Management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead daily site operations and ensure works are delivered to program.
  • Facilitate pre-starts, toolbox talks, and other site communication.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to meet project milestones.
  • Uphold safety, quality, and environmental compliance on site.
  • Provide guidance and development opportunities for team members.
  • Manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
