We're seeking a TestComplete Automation Engineer with a strong background in desktop application testing to join our QA team. You'll be working on automating tests desktop application running across multiple physical devices - helping to ensure quality and consistency across various configurations.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on test automation in a practical and understand test data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop automated test scripts using TestComplete (minimum 3 years' experience required).
  • Focus on testing desktop applications running across multiple device types and environments.
  • Design test scenarios that simulate real-world user interactions on various hardware setups.
  • Create, manage, and maintain test data sets to support automated testing.
  • Troubleshoot test failures, identify root causes, and log detailed defects.
  • Collaborate with developers, scrum masters and testers to ensure effective test coverage and timely feedback.
  • Maintain structured and reusable test assets and documentation.

What We're Looking For?

  • Minimum 3 years' hands-on experience with TestComplete for desktop application automation.
  • Strong scripting skills in VBScript, JavaScript, or Python (as used in TestComplete).
  • Experience testing desktop applications across multiple device configurations.
  • Solid understanding of manual and automated test practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in test data management, including data creation, maintenance, and cleanup.
  • Ability to work independently and troubleshoot issues effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Bonus Points For

Experience testing hardware-integrated or device-based desktop applications.

  • Familiarity with Windows-based application internals or environments.
  • QA certifications such as ISTQB.
