As a New Vehicle Sales Executive at Mercedes-Benz Mornington, you will be at the forefront of the Mercedes-Benz Brighton experience, delivering premium service, building long-lasting customer relationships, and ensuring every client drives away with confidence and excitement.

What you'll be doing:

  • Facilitating the sale of new and demonstrator Mercedes-Benz vehicles using proven strategies and resources.
  • Build rapport with clients, understand their needs, and present tailored vehicle solutions.
  • Demonstrating the latest Mercedes-Benz models, features, and technologies.
  • Promoting aftersales services and Mercedes-Benz Finance options.
  • Following up leads, quotations, and customer enquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, ensuring dealership and brand standards compliance.
  • Managing and optimising the customer lifecycle through relevant CRMs
  • Upholding MB training, sales guidelines and brand requirements.
  • Supporting marketing initiatives, launches, and competitor analysis.

What you'll bring:

  • Previous automotive sales experience (luxury or retail environment highly regarded).
  • A passion for exceeding customer expectations and delivering premium experiences.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivation, resilience, and a drive to achieve sales targets.
  • Professional presentation and an eye for detail.
  • Proficiency in digital tools and technology.
