About the Position
As the Lead Testing Analyst, you will be the go-to expert for software testing, defect triage, and test strategy. You'll oversee the coordination and execution of testing activities across our internal teams and offshore partners. Your work will directly contribute to maintaining the high standards of our cutting-edge design software used across the timber frame and truss industry.
You'll collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and support teams, leading structured testing efforts and championing quality throughout the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the planning, execution, and oversight of all software testing activities.

Act as the central contact for issue triage and defect management.

Guide and support offshore and distributed testing teams.

Continuously improve testing methodologies and best practices.

Ensure alignment with Multinail's development and software support strategies.

Mentor and coach team members to meet high-quality standards.
Key Selection Criteria
Qualifications & Experience
-
Tertiary qualification in software, IT, or a related discipline.
-
Minimum 5 years of experience in software QA or testing roles.
-
Proven leadership in managing testing teams, particularly offshore or remote teams.
-
Proficiency in defect tracking and test case management tools (e.g., Ontime).
Knowledge in some of the following areas is desirable:

Exposure to design software or CAD-based applications.

Experience testing desktop and Windows-based applications.
-
Understanding of the prefab industry or engineering workflows.
